Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
You can delete your account and VerifyBefore app data directly from your Account page. You may also email us at support@rizk-tech.com if you need help.
Uploaded Files
Documents you upload for analysis are deleted from our servers after analysis is complete — whether the analysis succeeds or fails. We do not retain uploaded file contents after the analysis ends. No action is needed on your part to remove uploaded files.
Saved Report History
Users with an active Plus or Family plan can save reports to their account. Saved reports are stored until you delete them or until you delete your account. You can delete individual saved reports from your Account page.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account and associated data, visit your Account page and use the Danger Zone section.
You may also email support@rizk-tech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
