About VerifyBefore

VerifyBefore is an AI-assisted document risk review service. It is designed to help ordinary people understand potential risks before acting on documents, messages, or requests they receive. VerifyBefore does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Risk assessments are informational only and are not a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Information You Provide

Account email

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address. It is used to send you a magic-link sign-in and to identify your account. We do not collect or store passwords. Your email is not used for marketing without your consent.

Uploaded documents and screenshots

When you request a document review, the file you upload is transmitted to our servers for AI-assisted risk analysis. Uploaded files are stored temporarily only for the duration of the analysis and are deleted from our servers after analysis is complete — whether the analysis succeeds or fails.

What VerifyBefore Does Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use uploaded documents to train our own AI models.
• We do not store full payment card numbers.
• We do not use your email for marketing without your consent.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate VerifyBefore:

• OpenAI — AI-assisted document risk analysis
• Google Gemini — follow-up tools including reply drafts and verification outreach
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Supabase — authentication and account database
• PostHog — privacy-safe product analytics

Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files are deleted after analysis. Saved report history is retained until you delete it or delete your account. You can delete your account from your Account page or by emailing support@rizk-tech.com.
